In a self defence situation there's a probability you'll can trip, fall or get dragged to the ground. In this workshop you'll learn the difference between sport ground fighting and street ground fighting. Even thought a lot of the material learnt is taken from combat sports, what separates what we do is 'dirty tactics' we use and the mind set
